Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
We do not accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as intended, please contact us at hello@ocrism.studio within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video may be requested to help us verify the problem.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or non-functional, we will correct the situation by sending a replacement item or replacement parts at no additional cost.
We also reserve the right to offer a refund instead of a replacement if a replacement is not available or if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
This policy does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, modification, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right.
